Lorna Jennings

PYP6 homeroom teacher

Lorna Jennings was born in Linden, Guyana and lived there until she was 28. She had been a teacher there for ten years. Before teacher training, she taught for one year and felt she needed to develop herself so as to properly help those in her care. Lorna studied for six years gaining a teacher's certificate and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Guyana. Lorna is enthusiastic working at Codrington. Lorna has received two levels of training to teach in an IB school. She believes in a lively classroom where kids are engaged in student centered learning.
