Directions to The Codrington School

How to get here depends on from where one starts! We are on Society Hill, above Codrington College.

Coming from St John’s Church (which is at the end of highway 3B), drive south towards Massiah Street and turn left at the road just before Lodge School. There is a small sign directing you along the road to The Codrington School.

If you come along highway 5 through Ellerton, pass Kendal (and its famous duckpond) and take the next right turn (east). Follow the road to the Massiah Street crossroads and turn left (north). You will pass Lodge School on your left and then you should take your first turning right.

If you come through Six Roads, in the south, head north-east towards Sunbury House and turn right at the house. Drive until you reach St Philip’s Church on your right. At the T-junction turn right and follow the road past the prison (on your right). Take the next left (north), pass District ‘C’ Police Station on your right, and drive straight through the crossroads at Massiah Street. Turn first right (east) after passing the Lodge School.

Once you are on this small country road, you will travel about a kilometre and see a wall. Turn left at this wall and follow the road around until you see the Church of the Holy Cross. Park in the vicinity of the church and walk down the road (south). The school’s offices are about half way down the building on your left hand side, up a short flight of stairs.
